Storage Auctions are Mobile. We auction at a site then move on to the next. We do the day's first auction at the time shown then we do the rest. Where times appear with sites after the 1st one on a day these times are approximations of when those sales will start. Its impossible to predict an exact start time at sites after the 1st location on a day. We never start a sale BEFORE a posted start time, only at or after that posted time.

Number of units slated for sale will be added to the schedules below about 5 days before the auctions. These numbers can decrease as people pay thier past due balances, sometimes even just moments before an auction!!

Check this page the morning of auctions to make sure that units at the usual start sites have not all paid up which would force us to start at the 2nd site on a day's schedule.

High Bidder must pay in cash for unit(s) immediately after auction

State and Local Sales Tax will be added onto the winning bid amount of a unit (Tax Exempt buyers pay no tax if they furnish a copy of their AZ Dept of Revenue Tax License)

All contents must be cleared by closing time, usually 5 pm, the day after the auction
          (2 additional days allowed at just $2.00 per day)

Theres a $50 refundable deposit (per unit that you buy) which is collected only if you buy a unit and is given back to you after your unit is cleared and swept out.

Please do not use the dumpsters at the auction sites

You must remove all contents of your unit from the premises. What you then do with it is up to you but please do not leave stuff behind or try to toss it in the dumpster at the storage facilities.

Bring padlock(s) to secure your unit(s)

Thats your stuff in there, it belongs to you!!
Come prepared to secure your stuff by bringing padlock(s)!!

And please return any Birth Certificates, Family Photos and other personal belongings that you find in a unit to the Storage facility staff. Its very important that this be done and very easily accomplished. As you go through your unit, sorting things out, whether that be at the storage facility or later on, somewhere else......just have a special box set off to the side and when you happen across personal stuff place it in the box then give the box to the staff at the storage site.

If you're in Casa Grande area with stuff from a storage unit that is not useable for you and that you're looking for a place to donate this stuff to, consider the M.A.S.H. Unit. Money they make from selling stuff in their thrift stores goes to helping people within Casa Grande, Coolidge and the surrounding areas. In East Valley Phoenix is an awesome Thrift Store that just moved into a great huge building!! Spectacular deals at this store also and when you donate items not only do you get a tax deductible receipt but a 20% off coupon good towards purchases in their (now huge) STORE!!

For Storage facilities, Auctions are always a last resort; they lose money on them and only hold them after taking multiple steps toward a resolution. It's better for both the storage site and the tenant if something can be worked out, no business can stay afloat if it gives away its product. Being forced to resort to auctioning a unit is similar to an apartment eviction in that it is the last resort, following multiple attempts to broker a resolution.

Storage auctions are, in essence, that......Treasure Hunts that do not require you digging in the ground, diving into the ocean, climbing the dangerous Superstition Mountains to uncover gold that no one is really sure is there or not and that the federal government has claimed as "theirs" anyway (as if.) or putting on an eye patch and training a parrot to sit on your shoulder so that you can conquest vessels at sea.
